We do not ourselves perform septic installation, septic repair, aerobic system service, septic pumping, or septic inspections. All work is performed by independent, third-party professionals who are separately licensed and insured.

When you submit the lead form or call the phone number on this site, your request is routed to one or more licensed local septic providers. We do not employ those providers, do not control the work they perform, and do not guarantee their pricing, availability, scheduling, workmanship, or the outcome of any job. Any agreement for services is directly between you and the provider you choose.

2. Licensed Providers

All septic installation, repair, and related on-site work referred through this site is performed by installers who hold applicable licenses issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and any additional county or municipal authorizations required for the specific job.

3. Pricing Information

Any prices, ranges, or cost figures shown on this site (including on the cost guide, service pages, and blog posts) are informational estimates based on typical Texas market conditions. They are not quotes or binding offers. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, soil, permits, tank size, system type, and other factors, and can only be confirmed by a licensed provider after evaluating your property.

4. No Warranty

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Princeton Septic Pros disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of the information on the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Princeton Septic Pros and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site, the lead form, or any services performed by a referred provider. You agree not to submit false information, use the form to harass providers, scrape the site, or interfere with its normal operation.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
